Place the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust and measure all the way around your back evenly. Make sure the measuring tape is not too tight or restricting your body.

Natural Waist
Place the measuring tape at the narrowest area between your rib cage and hips, and measure around your waist.

Hips
Place the measuring tape around the fullest part of your hips, keeping it level around your body.
