Shipping policy

DELIVERY TIME

Standard order processing time is the same day or the next day. Delivery is made with UPS, and shipping time typically takes 2 to 7 business days.

Delivery has taken place once the Buyer, or the Buyer's representative, has taken possession of the goods. If the delivery time is not stated in the order process, we shall deliver the goods without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the order is placed. The goods are delivered to the address provided at checkout unless otherwise specifically agreed between the parties.

DELIVERY AREA

We deliver to Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and the rest of Europe, except Svalbard and Jan Mayen.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is calculated by UPS based on your delivery address and shown at checkout, including VAT. The total shown at checkout includes all costs, including VAT and customs duties. No additional costs will be charged upon delivery.

DELIVERY METHODS

We ship with UPS. You will receive tracking information by email once your package has been shipped. The package can be tracked on UPS's website using the tracking number you receive.

Delivery to home address: The package is delivered to the address you provided. Delivery to a pick-up point: The package can be collected from your local UPS pick-up point. You will receive an SMS once the package is ready for collection.

COLLECTING YOUR PACKAGE

You have 7 days to collect the package from the pick-up point after receiving the collection notice. Packages not collected within this deadline will be returned to us.

Uncollected packages are subject to a fee of NOK 199, including VAT.

DELAYED DELIVERY

If we do not deliver the goods within the deadline, you should request that we deliver within a reasonable additional deadline. If we do not deliver the goods within the additional deadline, you may cancel the purchase.

NON-DELIVERY

If the goods are not delivered, this may be because the package has been lost in transit or the delivery address is incorrect. Contact us at info@leonoreswim.no and we will find a solution together.

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE

You will receive tracking information by email once your package has been shipped by us. Use the tracking number on ups.com to follow your package.

DIFFERENT DELIVERY ADDRESS
