Bust
Place the tape measure around the fullest part of your bust and measure all the way around your back evenly. Make sure the tape measure is not too tight and restricting your body.

Natural waist
Place the tape measure on the narrowest area between your rib cage and hip, and measure around your waist.

Hips
Place the tape measure over the fullest part of your hips evenly around the middle.
